This cheese has five layers, Double Glouster, Cheshire, Leicester, Wensleydale and English Cheddar, all from the five counties of England.

Asiago - $17.50 lb
Asiago has a yellowish rind. The flavor is nutty, with a slightly lemon aftertaste.

Black Mountain Sharp Cheddar - $7.95 lb
A yellow cow's milk cheese with a firm texture and sharp flavor.

Camembert - $15.25 lb
Camembert has a clean and herby aroma with a good tang of mushrooms.

Derby with Wine - $13.75 lb.
A mild semi-firm cheese with the color and flavor of wine.

Dill Havarti - $8.20 lb.
Similar to Monterey Jack, mild in flavor and seasoned with dill.

Double Glouster with Stilton - $18.75 lb
Made in England, this cheese has an aroma rich and mellow with the flavor of raisins and dried fruit.

Goat Cheese - $4.50 4 oz.
White and slightly crumbly with a rustic flavor. Also called Chevre.

Manchego Cheese - $14.75 lb.
Sweet and mild at any age, with a taste of salty nuts.

Morbier - $ 15.25
Creamy-brown crust, interior is two layers of glossy yellowish cheese, separated by a thin flavorless layer of Ash.

Mozzarella - $3.95 8 ounces
Small oval-shaped balls that are sold in sealed bags of whey. Very mild.

Reggiano - $18.50 lb
Parmesan; has a wonderfully full and fruity flavor, with a salty tang.

Port Salut - $11.50 lb
The aroma and flavor of Port Salut is very mild with just a hint of nuttiness.

Provolone - $7.75 lb
Young Provolone is mild and slightly spicy.

Saga Blue - $ 15.25lb
Hailing from Denmark, this soft double-cream cheese can almost reach triple-cream status in richness.

Sage Derby - $14.00 lb
A mild semi-soft cheese generously flavored with sage, which also lends a color interest.

Stilton - $16.75 lb.
Stilton has a rich and creamy texture, but slightly crumbly with the pungent flavor of blue cheese.
